§ 1
General
1. These Regulations define the scope and terms of service of the online store supermonety.pl owned by Supermonety Krzysztof Kurlanda, based in Marki, Długa st. Tax Identification Number: 125-089-75-00, National Business Registry Number: 141316857), entered into the business activity register by the Mayor of the city of Marki under the number 7577. The owner will hereinafter be referred to as the vendor.
2.Sales take the form of a contract concluded via the Internet on the website of the store. The owner of the online store is the vendor.
§2
The submission and execution of orders
1.Orders are accepted only through the Vendor's website.
2.A person that places an order, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, must be an adult with the legal capacity or a registered business owner.
3. A properly filled order form by the buyer on the Vendor's web page is a condition necessary to execute the order.
4.Submitting an order by the buyer constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these regulations.
5.The Vendor reserves the right to refuse the execution of an order if the data provided by the Buyer in the order form is incomplete or incorrect, inspiring reasonable doubt, cannot be confirmed, or if the buyer submitting the order does not comply with these regulations.
6. In the time of order some of our products may not be available, and if this is not indicated in the description of the product, the buyer will be informed of this fact by phone or via an e-mail by an employee of the store supermonety.pl. Both parties shall then have the right to cancel the order.
7. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will be sent within 3-5 working days after the order and the payment transfer has been confirmed This applies to orders submitted from within Polish territory and outside it.
8. In case of cash on delivery payment the goods will be sent within 3-5 working days from the confirmation of the order. This applies to orders submitted from within Polish territory and outside it.
9. In the case of a temporary lack of goods in the warehouse the Vendor reserves the right to send a shipment in the territory of Poland in accordance with the order, within 21 days from the order confirmation date.
10.The Shipment is delivered to the Buyer via an individually appointed shipper. Delivery time depends on the time of transfer of the shipment by the appointed distributor (usually the shipment is delivered within 24 hours by courier and within 2-3 days by the postal office); If the delivery date falls on a day which is considered free from work (Sundays and holidays), it may be extended accordingly.
11.Shipping costs are added to the value of the order. Shipping fees are provided during the order submitting process. Submitting an order is tantamount to acceptance of the applicable costs and deadlines of delivery. All cash on delivery shipments are insured for the full cost of the order. If you want to insure the shipment for the full cost of order, please inquire about the cost individually.
12.The buyer is obliged to receive the shipment.
13.The payment for the ordered goods is settled by a bank transfer to the vendor's account in the form of a prepayment or by cash on delivery in accordance with the selected option when ordering.
14.The prices of products found on the Web site of the Vendor are denominated in Polish zloty and include VAT; the Vendor reserves the right to change prices and the product, but with a notification in the event that the buyer has already confirmed the order.
15. VAT invoice may be included upon request.
16.The vendor is not liable for loss of, or damage to the goods caused during transport.
17.The information stated on the vendor's online store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The order constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Confirmation of the order by the vendor is the acceptance of the offer in accordance with the content of the statement made by the vendor. If the prices of goods from the time of order until its execution change, the buyer retains the right to cancel the purchase of the article.

Complaints and Returns
1.Complaints regarding the purchased goods may be submitted by the buyer through the vendor's website, or by telephone at 0-600 466 505 and confirmed by email at kkurlanda@gmail.com
2. In the case of contracts concluded off-premises and at a distance in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights dated 30 May 2014. (DZ U. [Journal of Laws] 2014. Pos. 827 as amended.), The buyer is entitled to withdraw from an order within 14 days of its submission for any reason.
