The consumer's right of withdrawal:
The consumer may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and at no cost. To meet the deadline it is enough to send a statement of withdrawal within the period of 14 days. The deadline for withdrawal starts when the product (or its first batch) is in the possession of the consumer or at the conclusion of the contract.
If the customer has not been informed of his right to cancel the contract, this right expires after 12 months from the date of expiry of the deadline referred to above.
The seller is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days of receiving the declaration of the consumer to withdraw from the contract, return to the consumer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the Product (excluding additional costs resulting from the Client method of delivery other than the cheapest shipping method available in the Online Shop).
The model declaration of withdrawal (This statement must be filled and sent only in case the buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract):

The cost of returning the products in the event of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal from the contract, seller does not carry the cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is required to immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he/she withdrew from the contract, return the product or give it to a person authorized by the seller, unless the seller suggested that he will take back the product personally. To meet the deadline just return the product prior to its expiration.
The seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment which was used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed on a different way of return, which does not bind him to any further costs.
If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the product other than the ordinary cheapest shipping method available in the online store, the seller shall not be obliged to reimburse additional costs incurred by the consumer (for example, if the consumer chose the more expensive delivery courier, over a standard postal delivery, the seller does not have to pay him the difference between the two shipments)
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product (i.e. the cost of shipping the product back to the seller) unless the seller has agreed to bear the costs or chose not to inform the consumer about the necessity of incurring these costs.
Description of the complaint procedure:
The buyer may submit complaints to the seller concerning concluded contracts at kkurlanda@gmail.com, or in writing to the address of the seller. Correctly submitted complaint should contain at least the following:
name, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
the date of conclusion of the Agreement giving rise to the complaint,
the subject of the complaint, indicating the request of the Buyer,
all the circumstances justifying the complaint.
If the data given in the complaint needs to be supplemented, before examining the complaints the seller asks the person lodging the complaint of supplementing the indicated data.
The seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it in the correct form.
The result of the complaint is sent to an e-mail or traditional mail address specified by the buyer.
Possibility to use extrajudicial methods of addressing complaints and access to these procedures:
The buyer ,who is also a consumer, has the option of non-judicial way of addressing and dealing with complaints before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection in [city].
