3. I forgot the password to my account. What should I do?
Click on the Login icon in the top right corner of the page. You will get the password reminder option. You must enter your e-mail address specified during the registration process. A code will be sent to this address that will enable you to set a new password.
4. What should be entered under the heading "Name Address" when administering my data?
You can mark your private, home or business address.
5. Can you change the existing shipping address?
Using the tab "My addresses" in the User Control Panel, you can add a new address. It just needs to be selected as a default one.
6. Where can I change my address details?
All data can be edited in the user panel "Your Profile", which will appear in the upper right corner of the page after logging in to your account.
7. The registration confirmation link is not working.

8. How do I order a subscription without adding additional shipping costs?
(In the order form you have an option to choose payment and shipping details - without selecting one of those the order cannot be completed. After selecting the bank transfer payment only the shipping for 6 or 15 zł remains
When buying a subscription please choose cash on delivery - then the system will not apply shipping charges.
9. I cannot place an order despite supplying all the required data.
The system requires a second phone number. You can enter 000000000.
10. How can I add several products to one order?
After purchasing one item and selecting the payment and shipping methods a "Continue Shopping" option will become available at the bottom of the page, under the button NEXT. When clicked you will be transferred to the main store page and can continue shopping.
11. Is it possible to make one-time purchases without registration?
Of course, you can make purchases without registration, your personal data will not be stored anywhere, except for shipping to the address submitted in the order. Just drop the products in the basket, select the delivery and choose the "place order" option, then provide us the data for shipping and you're done.
