Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers

The company "Supermonety" Krzysztof Kurlanda, based in the city of Marki, 26 Długa st. Tax Identification Number: 125-089-75-00 and National Business Registry Number: 141316857, determines the general terms and conditions of the numismatic subscription as follows.

1. The company "Supermonety" agrees and warrants that it will sell and provide coins to the Subscriber, covered by the subscription in accordance with the order, for the duration of the purchased subscription.

2. The Subscriber shall pay to the company "Supermonety" a subscription fee for  the selected and purchased  subscription option. Details of each subscription option is available in the description of each subscription. The Subscriber will be informed by e-mail 7 days prior to the issuance about the price of each subsequent issuance of coins covered by the selected subscription option including information on shipping costs. Payments should be made within 7 days from the date of dispatch of the notice of payment by Supermonety. The issuance plan of coins for a given year, including the dates of issue, are available on our website www.supermonety.pl. The issuance plan  is updated quarterly. One subscription covers one coin from the issue.

3. The subscription fee is not refundable except for item 4 of these Terms of Use and Regulations for Subscribers.

4. Subscription shall be valid for a limited period of time as stated in its description. In the case of a drastic reduction of emissions of the contracted coins or a situation described in item 13 of the Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers, "Supermonety" reserve the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement and to return the clients subscription fee for the unused period of the subscription.

5. Independently of those regulations, the Subscriber is a consumer entitled to terminate the subscription agreement without giving any reason within 10 days of receiving the first batch of coins included in the subscription; Termination of the contract by the consumer is made according to a written formula, which can be found on the website www.supermonety.pl

6. The price of coins covered by the subscription is indicated in the description of the subscription, and is valid at the time of making an order by the Subscriber using a method indicated in item 9 of these Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers.

7. The coins of each issue, in the amount specified in the subscription, will be delivered to the Subscriber at the earliest after a bank transfer of an amount corresponding to their price, is issued to the bank account of the company "Supermonety" Krzysztof Kurlanda, or will be issued personally to the Subscriber or his representative for a receipt after paying this amount in cash to "Supermonety "Krzysztof Kurlanda.

8. Outside of violating the provisions of item 6 of these Regulations, the shipping or issue of coins to the Subscriber may take place not earlier than one business day after the date of receiving of coins by "Supermonety" from the issuer.

9. The Subscriber bears the costs of delivery by mail or courier service. In the case of delivery outside the territory of Poland, the subscriber will be charged according to the price list of a courier company or the Polish Postal Office - details are available in the description of each subscription.

10. The conclusion of the subscription contract is made through submission of an electronic form available on the website of the online store www.supermonety.pl; or by signing by both parties of the printed Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers from the website www.supermonety.pl, while the payment for coins is payable within 7 days of electronically notifying  the Subscriber of the next issuance and prices for each coin. Placing an order is also the acceptance of these Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers and confirms familiarity with its contents by the Subscriber

11. Failure to pay by the deadline specified in item 9 of these Regulations or the cancellation of the purchase of coins by the Subscriber during the subscription (with the exception of the right of withdrawal referred to in item 3 of the general Terms of Use) is synonymous with negligent performance of a contract by the Subscriber. In particular, improper execution of the agreement will be the situation in which not all the coins reserved in the issue have been purchased according to the subscription.

12. In the case described above where the Subscriber decides not to purchase coins, the Subscriber shall pay the penalty in the amount of 100 zł for each not completed subscription. In the case of the delay in payment, "Supermonety" have the right to charge interest at the statutory rate;
The payment of the penalty shall be completed within seven days of a written notice, in the form of a bank transfer to the following account:

In the case described in item 10 of these Regulations, the subscription fee will not be refunded.

13. In the event of failure to pay contractual penalty within the period specified in item 11 of these Regulations, "Supermonety" reserve the right to block the Subscriber's account associated with the unrealized subscription until the settlement of the contractual penalty imposed on Subscriber and also to pursue their claims in court.

14. Company "Supermonety" is not liable for failure to execute a contract within a specified period, due to force majeure. Force majeure shall, in particular, be considered a  delay in implementing the coin issue plan  by the various mints.

15 .. Complaints may be filed by the Subscriber via the website www.supermonety.pl, or by telephone at 0-600 466 505 and confirmed by email at kkurlanda@gmail.com  within 7 days from the date of shipment;
The company "Supermonety" considers complaints within 14 working days from its proper submission; Correct submission is based on a description of the problem and providing  Subscriber data allowing his/hers identification, electronic communications and identification of the subscription plan selected by him/her; The result of the complaint is sent to the Subscriber via e-mail.

16. In matters not covered by these Terms of Use and Regulations for  Subscribers, standard Terms of Use and Regulations apply.
